Step 1a: Bucs need a football czar to baby sit Licht and Koetter OR the Bucs need a football czar to hire a new GM and the new GM hires a new HC.
Step 1b: Trade Baker, and DJax for young pass rushers. I do not care if they are 5-6 sack jags...that would be an upgrade. Period.
Step 2: Re-sign UFA;s like old man Grimes and priority guys like Tandy, Pamphile, Murray and Reedy.
Step 3: Ignore the open market free agency.
Step 4: Fix the trenches first two rounds (DE and OT) and take a stud RB in the 3rd/4th round. Rest of the draft focus on DT, OG, CB, and S.
Step 5: Start talks to resign Bucs RFA to long term deals and players still on rookie contracts to save future money. Don't delay. A delay will mean the Bucs will not be able to resign their role players in the following years. Lock down core and young role players now.
