Fixing the offense

1. Sims is going to be the starter with Rainey as the #2.  Martin simply lacks juice and looks lethargic out there.  He is making one cut and turning upfield but he isn't breaking tackles or making the first defender miss as he is falling over like Michael Pittman.2. Omameh needs to be the full time starter at RG.  Gilkey and Cousins should never see the field unless there is no one left on the active roster.3. Need to run a lot more slants4. Glennon is not a 5 step QB and the Bucs don't have the OL for such plays.5. Need to run a lot more draws and counters6. Dotson needs to be the starter at LT and Collins at RT.
