Football season is here... time for PR to take action!!

I am continuing this conversation from a separate thread because I feel that it is an ongoing issue which has gone unresolved for several years now. Excuse me if you feel that I am 'littering the board', but I strongly feel that this needs to be addressed and not just lost in the abyss of some pointless conversation between secondary accounts.
