New Bucs defensive coordinator Leslie Frazier met with the media on Wednesday at One Buc Place and talked about a number of subjects, including Jared Allen, Gerald McCoy and even Josh Freeman. Frazier also talked about his journey from being fired to being hired in Tampa Bay. https://www.pewterreport.com/index.php?option=com_k2&Itemid=20&view=item&layout=item&id=9580

Nice read, but damn, my 12 year old would've caught those errors.

The one thing that was new to me was having basically 3 DB coaches. Starting CBs, starting Safeties, and the third is for nickel CBs. Not sure how that's gonna work in practice, as I think some guys could play multiple positions, ending up being coached by 2 or even 3 position coaches...  If they have the foresight to see we basically have 2 SS's starting and no FS, they'd be smart to go after Jarius Byrd. He's athletic enough to cover a 3rd WR like a CB, something we haven't had since Dexter Jackson. That can be a huge equalizer in the secondary, eliminating a major matchup problem...
