Heading into FA there a few positions with holes that need to be filled. I believe the biggest need is defensive end, cornerback is a close second. Safety and Wide Receiver are also positions that need to be addressed. Remember these are just my opinions and im not saying we should get all of the players listed, these are just people who I would like the Bucs to bring in.RESIGN DOUG : Obvious but if we cant bring in Lamar miller.Oliver Vernon De, Miami - Probably the best Defensive end to be available on the market. Undersized at 6'2 but has been productive most of his career including a 11.5 sack season in 2013. His 81 qb pressures ranked him 4th in the NFL among all defensive ends since 2012. He would be my number one choice for defensive end.Jason Pierre Paul DE, Giants - We all know the hand could be an issue. That being said, he would be an upgrade from any defensive end on our roster. He still has the explosive first step and speed. Hopefully the other surgery's help the hand out more.  Despite only playing 8 games he still ranked 20th in the NFL in hurries ahead of notable players such as Michael Bennett, Kawann Short, Ndamukong Suh and others. Plus hes from around here :)Trumaine Johnson CB, Rams - Most likley not going to be available because of the franchise tag. He would be my number one choice for cornerback. His 7 interceptions was among the league leaders. His Instincts and freak athleticism is what I notice the most. He has a very quick, fluid transition which allows him to jump alot of routes. Plus at his size (6'2 208) he is the perfect size for a corner. Sean Smith CB, Chiefs -  Sean smith is my second option. He has great size at 6'2 220. Hes not as athletic as Trumaine is but makes up with his length.  Mostly a Press corner but plays good in zone as well. Janoris Jenkins CB, Rams - Janoris has a lot of talent but him wanting 13 million a year is crazy. Hes good in man and in zone but sometimes will give up head scratching plays. Eric Berry S, Cheifs - Eric Berry most likely will be resigned by the chiefs but theirs some rumors that he might be out, especially since the deadline for franchise tags ended today. Great in box and in coverage he would be a great addition.George Iloka S, Bengals. At 6'4 225 has great size and ball skills. In 2014, George Iloka allowed a league low completion percentage in his zone. He took a drop last season but he is still an elite safety with huge upside.Tashaun gibson, S Browns - Gipson is a good cover safety,  He excels in his backpedal, turning his hips and covering receivers. Corner play has definitely helped him in passing situations. He misses some tackles but has great ball skills. Travis Benjamin WR, Browns - A good receiver and return specialist he would be a good addition. Mohamed Sanu Wr, Bengals - Sanu is excellent working drive routes and across the field to read coverages and sit down in the holes. These are some possibility of people I think we should look at.Some other possibilities: Malik Jackson(DE), Bruce Irvin(LB), Reggie Nelson(S), Eric Weddle(S), Jermaine Kearse(WR), Andre Smith(OT).
