To not realize getting released is your huge signal to get it together is beyond comprehension for him. But then to later just throw away your last lifeline to an NFL job just speaks to how much he needs help. Don't know what sort of demons, issues he's dealing with but he's probably already thrown away his NFL career now. This is a guy that needs to straighten his life out like yesterday. Good luck Josh, hope you can get clear of this. Y
What's ironic is the true diehard Freepologistst are also Rahpologists, and blame Schiano for "ruining" josh, when its much more likely that Raheem damaged him beyond the point of repair before Schiano even walked in the door
I tend to think Freeman has ruined himself. Could also be he just doesn't like football all that much.
Jamarcus Russell 2.0?
Maybe seeing all of that snow confused him on the way to work and he had to pull over and test it to be sure.
Just heard on 620 The Dumeg show. the host said he is coming back to town and wants an interview apparently to tell the whole story. Free text the host when the firing was going on. I will say I have listend to this guy about a yr now and seems like a total jerk to callers at times, but It sounds like he has been around awhile, so maybe that's what the producers of the show like. Jury still out what I think of this cat.
How little things have changed. http://www.huskerboard.com/index.php?/topic/18091-josh-freeman/
wow.!!! I know I went back and looked at his passer ratings at one point 53% I think, but I think his downfall was forgetting to run when he should have and not try and be a pocket passer...and those under/overthrows......when he was off he was OFF....He needs to get his head straight if he ever wants another starting job 2010 and some soul searching would be his best bet. because now he may only be someone's backup....Athletism only goes so far as a QB
So now Viking players are making up stories? Surely the truth will come out about Josh's ways
But he broke franchise records.
Classic addict behavior. I hope he gets help because I don't see this ending well for him..

I hope someone is protecting his money from him.
That's why Spielman took a chance on Freeman, who has all the physical tools but was cut by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in October after a public feud with then-coach Greg Schiano – and didn't exactly establish himself as a leader with his new Vikings teammates.Four people with knowledge of the situation told USA TODAY Sports that Freeman was late for numerous meetings in his roughly three months with the Vikings. A third player said Freeman often was among the last players to the facility. One of Freeman's agents, Erik Burkhardt, said "anything about meetings or missing anything is false," and the only issue was Freeman played too soon.
Who cares...the guy is over 1000 miles away
Who cares...the guy is over 1000 miles away
...no matter where he is...
At least he is finally consistent.
