From Gruden's firing till now, what's the constant?

Twiddle Dee, Dumb, and Dumber. Anyone wanna back these boys now? Got all those good things to say about all of the coaching decisions in the last 10 years that they have screwed up? How does the fan base let them know they suck and need to be held accountable? We all live and die every week with the team only to know that these three butt wipes will make the wrong damn decisions again. Last year everyone was like, Oh I'm glad they are doing it now vs later. They recognized their mistake and are making amends, what now? What are they gonna do now?
