Senior Bowl Measurements are coming in. Garoppolo, Carr, and Fales all have very tiny hands. All are 9 inch, which is the absolute smallest acceptable.
I'm willing to look pass that.

Only really at the margins. For a bad weather team like CLE choosing between two players it might have an effect but in term of saying player X is the 3rd or 4th rated QB not really.

I've read that there is plenty of tape on Garoppolo playing in bad weather, and he did fine. Not sure about the other two who mainly played in CA?

Considering literally 60% of his passes were thrown no further than 5 yards, I'm serious. Whenever I watched him, he throws nothing but screens and quick slants, and when he did throw 10-15 yard passes he was often overthrowing his guys. Jdub posted the article of the QB analysis that supported this. the 60% isnt coming from me, it is fact.
