I've been a fan since the beginning. We won early 1979-1982. Went through horrible 13 year stretch of footballfrom 1983-1995, hired Dungy and turned the franchise around it was fun to be a fan of a dominate team. Nice runof playoff football. 1997-2001.. we all know what happened in Philadelphia. Gruden to the rescue he motivates the team he inherited we win the Super bowl . The best time of my life. I almost got a little spoiled . I thought we were headed back in 2003 beating Philadelphia at there home opener and starting 2-0. But it didnt happen for whatever reason. Most teams don't repeat or even make the playoffs. But Gruden kept us competitive winning division titles in 2005 and 2007. Even in 2008 we were 9-3 and lost the final 4 games to barely miss the tournament. Biggest mistake to let him go. We've had Morris Schiano with some of the worst coaching I've ever seen . Conservative offenses awful drafting poor coaching decisions. I'm so sick of this you wait all off season and 2 games in I already wish the season hadn't started. I hope I'm wrong but Smith to me is the same type coach we've had the past 5 dreadful seasons . The whole injury thing is another stress level that you have to worry about every single play and game. Man I really miss chucky. I guarantee if he weren't fired we would of been to at least 3 more playoff appearance s
