Those quotes to me say just the opposite of what you think they say. Sounds to me like they have prepared to sit through the crappy years with any given coach in order to enjoy the fruits of long term success with that same coach. Yeah,Remember the good ole days when the Glazers fired a coach for going 9-7? Wow, things sure have changed. 4 wins keeps you around? How some of you now can say you are happy with a coach returning with these two seasons of work is beyond me. Explain how you couldwant Rah gone when he had a double digit win season and the new coach has to add two seasons together for that. I need someplace to vent about the Bucs, nobody I know cares. I care, and I want a coach that can make a season enjoyable. I didn't say SB or playoffs. Even that is all blown out of proportion, I know A LOT of Man U fans and they really couldn't care less who the owners are as long as the results are there on the pitch (which until Ferguson retired they were)It's mostly a small group of vocal fans that have caught the medias attention, it was a bit worse a few years back but now nobody really cares.
Glazers have been spending big dollars on free agents because they have to now as part of the new agreement. There is a minimum amount now each team has to spend not like before. If I recall correctly, Bucs still are well below salary cap for team spending even with Revis, Goldson, etc.
