While he's got a really solid NFL arm for all the throws, due to his length it's all the more important for him to get his feet planted properly BEFORE throwing. It appeared to me on a lot of his throws, his feet weren't quite set; not happy feet, but he rushed a lot of his throws before getting his feet solidly set. Given his slow-footedness, that's something he really should work on. Drew Brees has an insane regimen of Pilates and such he goes thru in the offseason to seriously strengthen his agility, Abs and overall core. He uses very little delivery motion or windup to throw; all CORE. If Glennon worked his core and improved his foot-quickness, he could be a heck of a QB. As it is now, he's kind of a 'known' quantity to DC's in his 2nd year, and their tactics of pressuring him and keeping him off-balance are working... Your move, Mr. Glennon...
