Last year I decided to put a top 50 list together for the first time and it went well. All 50 players ended up on NFL rosters. At least one of my favorites were drafted in each round 1-7 as well as a few UDFA's. A few players got injured and missed the entire year. Outside of those injured players, there was only one of my favorites who didn't play a single down of NFL ball. All of the others, including the UDFA's played. I thought that was a pretty good result, considering I don't use any outside scouting reports and do all of my own evaluations.

These are my top players as a Bucs fan, meaning you won't find any QB's or 3-4 DE's on the list no matter how good they are. You won't find any sure fire top 5 players we have no chance at drafting. This year there is a lot of talented players in the draft. I had a few tough decisions to make when trimming down the list, but I kept it to my favorites and as always I have got quite a few value players on the list who will probably go in all 7 rounds again, although the talent is much better this year and I am expecting most of the tier 1 and tier 2 players to be gone by the end of day 2. Last year Baltimore made good use of a few of my eventual 4th and 5th rounders Kenneth Dixon, Tavon Young, and Matt Judon. The good drafting teams always seem to hit on those 3rd day picks.

This year I have broken the players down into 3 tiers, according to a combination of how high I have them rated and where I would end up drafting them considering value of position and other variables. I am open for discussion on any of the players on this list, or other players anyone wants to discuss. I watched a lot of players to get this many favorites, so no player is off limits to discuss. However, if all you want to do is cry about my rankings, I suggest you make your own list of favorites and post it so we can compare a few years down the road. I don't use per round predictions because that would be guessing. I can only predict the talent, not the round becuase I don't have any of the vital intel that NFL teams have on these players.

Tier One
Budda Baker S
Adoree' Jackson CB
Evan Engram WR
These are my very strong top 3 players. All of them incidentally have elite game speed. That's what NFL starts are usually made of. There is a bit of a drop off from these elite 3 to the rest of tier 1 players. Please note that Evan Engram is drafted as a WR, not a TE
