Nickerson is a welcomed addition. He was my favorite Buc along side Brooks and Alstott. We'll see how well he does for our group of guys.

My favorite Buc of all time.
Loved Hardy growing up. He was the first piece of the puzzle to creating the Buc defensive dynasty. A lot of attitude, toughness, and swagger came from Hardy. I don't know if he is a good coach, but he should definitely be able to teach Foster a thing or two about being a MLB just by putting on his game tape.

Loved hardy Har-Har when he was here. I have no clue if he is a good LB coach or not though.
He was a great LB but if I didn't read correctly, I apologize, didn't the messages here say he coached one year in 2007 for the Bears? My only concern is, great players don't always make great coaches. If he can coach the way he played, our team scored huge, but if he can't relay the message of how to be a great lb'er from a coaching standpoint, I'm not sure how great this really is

I think the idea is that Lovie is a LB coach, so it's not like our LBs won't be getting great coaching. If nothing else, Hardware will bring great intensity, as well as Buccaneer pride to the practice field and to the sideline.
