When about ten NFL QBs are linked with therm Elite it devalues the whole name. Elite is the best of the best it's limited to a top 4 or 5 max. On last season that probably would be Manning, Rivers, Wilson, then probably Luck, Brady and Brees.If the Panthers get some more weapons on offense they can win a Super Bowl with him but it won't be on him alone. He'll need to play a couple of stellar games in the playoff run, kind of like Wilson this year.
Wilson and Rivers are not elite QBs.Teams can win with them but they aren't elite.
He has elite tools (best in NFL?). Everything physically you could possibly want. He is not yet an elite quarterback.

I am not a big Cam fan. I think his problems lie between the ears. But thats another subject.
