He needs everything to be just roses, peaches and cream. If the o'line protects well, his first receiver gets open and the running game is working then he plays well but, if any adversity comes his way he loses it. All of a sudden his mechanics go haywire, his decision making stinks and he forgets how to play the position. He needs to learn what composure is and get himself under control. He runs around like a chicken with his head cut off. I don't know how any NFL team can look at Winston's mechanics and say "Man, this guy is impressive". L&L should be fired for taking Winston over Mariota. There is no comparing the two. Mariota has perfect mechanics with a lightning quick release along with laser accuracy and Winston lumbers around and can't get out of the way of his own two feet. He is slow and lethargic, stares down his receivers and has a long release. I don't know how it even possible for him to become an elite QB with those traits. What really sucks is I don't know when we'll ever have a shot at a guy like Mariota again. What a major screw up by the Buccaneer regime. SAD!
