He had a 60-57 record, only had three losing seasons in 8 with us, made the playoffs three times, won our division and won our one and only Super Bowl. Gruden couldn't draft worth a damn and neglected the QB position, so I get why he needed to go. My gripe is that it didn't seem like they had a well thought out plan for Gruden's replacement and GM. Look at teams like Indy and Philly -- they parted ways with great head coaches and didn't miss a beat -- they still are winning. Since Gruden was fired we have gone 28-55 and not made the playoffs. And we still have no QB (thanks Mark Dominick). What's worse is we are one of the worst teams in the NFL since 2009, and if our debacle in Atlanta was a sign of things to come this season, we likely will have the worst record in the NFL from 2009-14. Even Oakland has a better regular season record since 2009 for Pete's sake. What an embarrassment we have become. Sorry, but we are on our third head coach and nothing seems to change. The one constant is the Glazer boys, and they freaking need to sell this team if they want me and others to support it financially and emotionally. I am so over it. Freaking New England has more than double the number of wins we have. Only 8 teams have not made the playoffs since 2009, and we're freaking one of them. And we have the 4th worst record of any team since then. We're only 2 games better than Jacksonville and 4 better than Cleveland for Pete's sake. By the time this season ends we could very well have the worst record of any team since '09. So Glazers, if you think your fan base is pretty pissed off right now and beyond frustrated with the product you keep putting out there on the field, you've at least got one thing right!
