Here's my guess:

1) OJ Howard will be the starting TE, or he will get a very good amount of snaps even if he doesn't start

2) Justine Evans will not start any games barring injury. Developmental player who may see limited snaps in 3rd and long and hail mary situations - if he plays ST and is active on Sundays

3) Chris Godwin will not start barring injury. He won't learn the playbook and have it down in time for the start of the season in order to take Hump's job. WR's in Koetter's offense must learn every position. Eventually I expect Godwin to be a starter, but with Evans, Djax, and Hump in front of him on the depth chart, he has time to learn the offense, adjust to the pro game, and get a bit more polished as a WR before being rushed in

4) Kendell Beckwith is slotted to be the starting SAM LB. However, he is coming off knee surgery and he will be behind schedule for starting the season so I expect him to start by mid-season. SAM LB gets about 30% of the defensive snaps unless he shows more as a pass rusher, which I think is a long shot based on his college tape

5) Jeremy McNichols will not start barring injury. He'll be way down on the depth chart. He is a developmental player who could start in a pinch if there are injuries at RB. Like Godwin there is no rush to get him out there as we have plenty of running backs on the roster

6) Stevie T will get limited reps as part of a rotation but probably won't see a whole lot of reps early on. The Bucs liked putting the big nose in there last year with Silva and 2 gapping to take away the double team on McCoy. Stevie T could be a better pass rushing version of Silva
