how to keep Sterling Moore(wild plan you know won't happen!)

I suspect the reason why they are letting Sterling Moore go is they don't think Sterling wants to play nickel(assuming Banks and Verner reestablish themselves as starters). So, how to solve that problem and the safeties problem; put Banks and Verner at Safety and sign Sterling Moore!
