I cannot get these email notifications to turn off

I've tried everything... gone to my settings, and they are all "off" for notifications yet I still get them.

I tried changing my email to another one and it won't let me.

I'm getting 20+ emails a day and the emails themselves don't have an "unsubscribe" button...

Anyone else have this problem or know how to solve it?
