I don't understand the crying from casual fans

This is a young team and with talent assembled is a .500 ball club. It is up to the coaches to outcoach a few games to elevate this team beyond the .500 mark.

I am not sure where people have this idea that the Bucs are loaded with talent (eg DL, CB, S).

Koetter is a young Head coach so he will learn in time.

Smith on the other hand I deeply worry about because he should be the rock during this situation but he is the weakest link on the coaching staff at the moment.
