My dad was able to speak to one of the coaches from FSU for a bit. He said the following things about Winston. Take it for what it's worth since he's a FSU coach. He said Tampa absolutely should want Winston as they have never had a Qb like him. He said he's actually not a bad kid at all. Just made a few mistakes and is actually a really good and smart kid. Thinks those days are behind him.Says he analyzes plays, reads defenses, and has a higher football iq than any qb he's ever seen. Says he's the perfect qb for Lovie and that Lovie is the perfect coach for him because they complement each other. Says players love playing for him. Even though you expect this from an FSU coach it still is better to hear this than not. I hope he's right and it all works out.
