He's missed on some players but he has brought in a lot of talent and with good coaching you might see a Kansas City turn around next year. It's just sad when you lose multiple games late in the fourth quarter because of play calling. So many times you seen our team go conservative and blow a big lead or not make in games adjustment. Happy to see Schiano go but I think if Dom goes to the right situation he's going to be a great GM. Just want to say thanks for your time here and good luck in the future.

I liked Dom. Hope things work out well for him. But at a certain point, you have to win some games. He didn't have the best coaches during his tenure and whether or not thats his fault doesn't really matter in this business. He had a good run. Good luck to him

The only picks I think Schiano influenced since he has been here have been the big east selections. He's brought in multiple pro bowlers through the draft and we NEVER brought in big named free agents before Dom. And anybody who's been around knows Freeman was a Raheem pick.

There was a distinct split in drafting players between Schiano and Raheem's regimes. Either you are of the thinking (I lean closer to this) that Dom was just a body and a puss-bag who let coaches control him which explains why Raheem's picks were so poor and we've drafted really strong the last two years or you give equal credit all around and Dom's drafting record is abysmal.Either way, he needs to go.
