I think Arians will cost a draft pick

Either the Cards are going to ask for a draft pick if Arians is our guy or Goodell will send one their way. There is a history of this in the NFL regarding retired coaches who were still under contract when they stepped down. This happened with Parcells, Vermeil, and a few others.
