Source:comment could be the one from this fucking moron that takes the cake for the worst thing he has ever publicly said.Schiano took over a team with a high draft pick, talented players who were part of a 10-6 campaign and a young franchise QB.He proceeded to alienate that franchise QB, use that high draft pick on a safety who has more personal fouls and blown coverages than game changing plays, and won 11 games in 2 years with major talent additions at multiple positions that the previous regime didn't have.This jackass was so bad that a historically patient ownership who in the eyes of everyone is cheap would rather pay him for the next 3 years to get the fuck out of here.He leaves behind a laughingstock, a straight up dumpster fire, then has the nerve to say the next regime is taking over a good situation?!!!!Whoever shows up has to clean up the horrible mess left behind. There are no fans going to games. The national attention is zero. People want to praise Dominik for his big free agent pick ups but fail to mention that he had to make those players among the highest paid or the highest paid at the position to be able to do it. You think if Nicks, V-Jax, etc get offered the same deal from any other team they would still choose the Bucs?Oh and the Dominik firing was absolutely right thing to do. No coach was going to take this job with him as the GM. He has no connections around the league. A new GM is a necessity if a good HC is desired. Let's not forget the garbage that was being interviewed last time Dominik was in charge of a coaching search.I'm so glad this is over with. Schiano ruined this franchise.. I just hope whoever comes in next can bring some respect back to the Bucs.
