So that some fans on here can finally get their wish. This is a franchise with a history of journeymen QB, and just want to drive him out of town after less than 3 seasons so they go back to that fine history hahaha.
I questioned why Lovie was fired after improving with 4+ win and then appointing someone who was fired from his Falcons job after one year with Winston. There is a reason ATL Falcons fired Koetter and Smith. What was on Koetter resume that was so appealing. It is ironic that the reason he was hired in the first place might be the reason he loses his job.
They are trying to save face by bringing Winston!
You open the forum after today's loss and all I see is Winston's threads. When Winston was not playing the so-called fans had no choice to point fingers at other aspects of the Football team.
You have the lead 20-17, that drive took 7 mins off the clock so the defense had a very long time to rest, only to allow a GB to set up for a fg with less than 2 mins to go. Then you get the ball back with about 2 mins left, then you get a holding penalty, so Koetter basically playing not to lose when you are freaking 4-7!!! What a fucking moron!
Then you let GB rush all the way for a TD.
But all they saw was the fumble return for a TD not how the game ended.
