I love the idea of Lovie and Frazier. I think it would greatly improve our chances of landing Jared Allen, Peanut Tillman, and maybe Henry Melton in free agency. If Rod Marinelli gets canned as expected, it would be awesome to bring him back as our D-line coach as well. Getting the band back together! What do you guys think about Chud as our OC? I wished we'd pull the trigger. If we miss out on our #1 choice AGAIN I am going to lose my mind. I could see him going to the Lions. No Redskins though. Nobody wants to go there and deal with Dan Snyder.
Soon or not at all. Agreed!
If we've interviewed him Monday already then Glazers are dropping the ball. There's a good chance we lose him if he gets a chance to interview with Detroit.
Lets close the deal Glazer's, no more Chip Kelly situations please
Don't worry, Schiano took care of the Kelly "situation(s)"
Lovies choice won't be about money, if he comes to Tampa it will be because of his passion and love for the team and for the community, as well as the potential to build something great.
@RCummingsTBO The Bucs actually interviewed Lovie Smith on TUESDAY, according to a high ranking Bucs source.
If you'll recall, it was Raheem's interview with Denver that got him the job in Tampa.
That was simply an excuse to hire the guy

And we all fell for it :(
Anyone stop to think that Detroit with Stafford and Megatron might be a more attractive coaching spot than Tampa.

Their D-line can pressure with 4. Important for Lovie's scheme...
Pat Kirwan said on his show the other day that good coaches interview the owners.
Like I said in another thread, Detroit would be a real good fit for him. Plus he knows the division well and can stick it to the Bears twice a year.

His "official" interview. No "official" interviews of other coaches until you "officially" dump the other guy.I will tell you this interview was not their first discussion.
Make it happen Glaziers!
