The 49ers offense improved by 75 points when Greg Roman took over as OC with pretty much the same offensive personnel. He also developed Alex Smith into a capable QB. Colin Kaepernick is regressing, but I think it’s more about the $100 million contract,and the Harbaugh distraction than anything Greg Roman is doing.
