I'm still holding out hope that we can make the playoffs this year. While I am happy that we are 6-6, I can't help but look at our record and think about the Houston, Giants, and Washington game especially. I'm sure every team in the league can say this, but we should def be 7-5. But to put a positive spin on all of this, we should be taken seriously next year and in the future. Jameis is the real deal, we have weapons for him to grow with, looks like we struck gold with Marpet, and Donavan Smith is a steady LT. We gota find a replacement for Doug Martin. I don't think we should pay him 10+ mil/year. Defensively, gota find a CB, and a pass rusher. Depending on what the BPA in the draft is, I'd have to lean towards a pass rusher. We have staples on D. Kwon, David, McCoy. Just need to add some missing pieces. Things are looking up for us and it's a good time to be a Bucs fan.
