If not here? Where for Mariota?

If we take Winston #1, which sounds very likely, where will Mariota go? Will the Titans take him #2? Will the Jets take him at #6? Will the Eagles put together enough to move up all the way from 20? The team I'm going to predict moves up to get Mariota is the St. Louis Rams. They are in desperate need of a QB, and really need to find a face for the franchise, with a potential move to LA making that need even more urgent.
