Some Tampa fans think of Gruden as the best thing since sliced bread like some think of Ronald Reagon. I like Gruden but he did do a lot of boneheaded stuff:- Practically turned Alstott into a nobody. - Bring in veterans way past their prime. i.e. Charlie Garner- Was in love with old QBs. - Didn't do much with the team after the superbowl.
I think it's well past time we, as a fan base, moved on from Gruden.

Thank you!I would rather bring in someone who...well...has coached recently...in the NFL...with success (on offense preferably). Of course Ive been asking for this since we let Gruden go, so I doubt I get my wish anytime soon.
