File a civil suit of your own against the accuser for defamation of character? This would actually make me more confident in his innocence in the alleged rape. If I was him and was truly falsely accused, not having charges brought against me would not be enough. And we have seen women falsely accuse athletes of rape before, so I am wondering why Winston would not proactively do this?
