I'm convinced, Licht needs to go

This defense has needed pass rushers in the worse way and he did absolutely nothing to address it other than grab an underperforming DE with a bum shoulder and drug problems. Then he tries to make upgrades this offseason on the defense, and after spending all that money, we're getting more of the same shit.

Licht needs to go along with Koetter and Smitty at the end of this season. I'm DONE!!!!
