This team is the way it is because of the lack of fire in our defensive leaders. Starting from the top with Lovie Smith. I hate how he has no passion on the sidelines. Then his defensive disciple Leslie frazier has the same Ho Hum attitude. Now let's look at the players. Gerald McCoy and LaVonte David. I believe these players have awesome talent but as leaders they bring nothing. Where's the fire like Lynch and Sapp used to bring. When players mess up there really is no one to answer to. Prime example when we were up 24-0 and had stopped the Redskins around midfield Gholston gets a personal foul (kicking)penalty which gives the Redskins a 1st down in which then they eventually go down and score a TD that starts the comeback. Not once did I see another player or coach rip into Gholston saying that's not how we play Buc football. No instead he gets taken out one play and then gets put back in and gets sucked in on the TD play and also commits about 2 or 3 more penalites the rest of the game. If we had any kind of leader on this team this kind of crap would stop!!!!!!
