Im worried about the defense we are running.

I've posted a couple of times on the Falcons Reddit page and asked what's the deal with Mike Smiths defense. Everyone said that it is a "bend dont break" zone that relies on creating turnovers. Isn't that what we have been dealing with the last two years????? If so, I dont know if I could handle anymore lmao. I feel like our strength as a defense would be man.
