Just saw him on tv this morning for the first time in a while. He’s still looking sharp, like a better looking Tom Brady.
Dude had the golden boy looks, Texas background, bloodlines, prototypical size and arm strength, leadership qualities. Imagine if he was just winding down his career with us now where we finally had qb stability. Would’ve been a great face of the franchise for a decade plus.
Instead we have had these pretender franchise qb’s who you can tell just don’t quite have it.
Not saying it was a sure thing, but just imagine if that fluke spleen injury didn’t happen in game 3 of 2006.... What could have been
