In defense of the defense

First drive aside, I think the D is taking more heat than deserved.

I think playing a non-Drew-Brees team will do wonders (there were a number of near-sacks that should hit against a non-Drew-Brees QB) so the pass rush should improve, getting Grimes back should help, in the long run both Davis and Stewart should benefit from the snaps, and the LB group made some plays after some massive whiffs.

That said, thank God there wasn't another 5 minutes left in today's game because no chance we were getting a stop.
