Lovie was banking on defense being pretty good so he drafted all offense. He has cleaned out most of Schianos guys. He destroyed the offense by drafting mostly offensive weapons and almost no line. He is now relying on a very young team.Insecure and arrogant at the same time. Changing everything Schiano did because obviously Schiano sucked, he read a billboard that told him so.Schianos Bucs were 4-12 with at least 6 games lost by 6 or less. that is a team that is close and Lovie comes in and blows it up promising this is a win now team.I think it was a win now team now, it is a win in 3 years team if lucky. He is so insecure he changed the PR/KR when we really did not need to. get rid of Schianos guys I need my own.Lovie is a bitch with too much power. If he came in humble and hard working with out the extra baggage of Football operations this team would be in much better shape.
