Bowers can only be a found asset. At this point with his lack of production and a new regime, the Bucs probably don't expect anything from him, so if he produces great . . if not, no big deal. I doubt Lovie pins his hopes on Bowers like Dom would. That said, it is impossible to deny the possibility of a Schiano element to his lack of production this season. He produced with limited time the season before, was clearly in the dog house and at least seems to suggest there was some issue. Still, put up or shut up for the guy.
He was IMHO playing for a roster spot next camp. That won't change with Smith what will change is that Marinelli will give him the best coaching and scheme to make him be some sort of a player.
IF, Marinelli gets released out of his contract in DallasI can't stand people/players who blame everyone else for their shortcomings...if Bowers never plays for the Bucs again...I am fine with that
Not a fan of the tweet, I don't think he needed to go there. I do hope he can turn it around with Coach Smith though, assuming that becomes official.
as much as i dislike schiano, he wasnt going to be able to teach bowers how to try./

LMAO. Well done, sir.
Hopefully this new coaching staff will remind him how to do everything he used to be able to do
