3rd Round Pick for Glennon? Justin Pawlowski@CommishOnline16039888703_5Ab1E98B5F.jpgMike Glennon might be able to retrieve the Bucs a 3rd round pick if traded, but is that enough?Josh McCown might already be gone, but that does not mean the Bucs are finished unloading quarterbacks from the 2014 roster. Mike Glennon has long been rumored to be on the trade block if the Bucs can receive proper return. Other than Jameis Winston and Marcus Mariota, this off-season is weak at quarterback in both free agency and the draft. Other potential quarterbacks on the trade block include Sam Bradford and Nick Foles. The advantage Mike Glennon would give an opposing team over either of those QBs is that Glennon is still under team control for two more years, while the other two quarterbacks have just one year remaining.Glennon has shown the capability of being a very good NFL backup with potential to be an average starting quarterback since being drafted by the Buccaneers. In 18 career starts, Glennon has posted a 5-13 record with 29 touchdowns and 15 interceptions. While the touchdown to interception ratio for Glennon looks promising, it can also be alarming that he has such a poor record with that type of ratio. Glennon might not throw many interceptions, but he has mastered the "three and out" offense.I firmly believe the Bucs will start a new era with a new rookie quarterback. If the Bucs are going all in with a rookie quarterback, it might make sense to retrieve a 3rd round pick in return for Glennon and bring in a veteran quarterback to help groom the rookie. That 3rd round pick could turn into another starter, or at least provide depth, to the Bucs roster.Teams that could be interested in Mike Glennon include the Browns, Jets, Bills, and Rams.Follow Bucs Blitz on twitter: @TBBucsOnScout
