Is there any chance Ryan Jensen be a cap casualty

I know it throwing money away but the bucs are good for that since Jason Litch has been the general manager. Jensen is not good for this I don't care who the quarterback is but that what you get when you make a backup the highest paid at his position in the league. We can get a running game going because it's called back almost every time when he is in the game .That leads to the most important question Jason Litch has to go to many mistakes if it's drafting or overpaying overrated bad players
