Every year feels like a practice season for the following year because "theres always next year". This is what we Buc fans find ourselves telling ourselves after the long grueling season of losing is over. I feel like anytime you have a new staff come in this makes sense but is it true? I think this team has not only had a coaching issue but we have also have struggled finding play making players. Basically winners. This team has a "losing culture".

A team with a winning culture would never have lost those two games earlier in the year. Players play with a little more accountability as far as winning goes. What it really comes down to however is they just have the ability to take that accountability and do what the coaching staff asked them to do. Now we can really argue the team just havent had many of these players over the years. They truly find ways to lose games. Im wondering if Arians is using this year as a tryout to see who can actually play. I also feel like this is just more common with first year head coaches. My opinion is this team is not ready. I dont know when they will be but maybe when we are winning games that we should take care of like the first game and last Sunday. Thoughts?
