Has he won enough and shown enough development to say he is worth resigning? It is merely game 1, but this is more of the same old Jameis Winston to me - it doesn’t appear as if he can handle the job, and be efficient. We have a large enough sample size of his work at his point to justify asking the question.
What do you all think?
