Inside the Pylon looked at the NFC South and had a couple interesting things to say about Aguayo and Winston. Starts at ~7 min: http://insidethepylon.com/football-podcast/2016/10/12/october-12-quick-kicks-podcast-nfc-south-race-week-5/

1) Even before Aguayo was drafted ITP discussed how he had a flawed hop-step that causes him to miss left. Now, he has a deeper flaw in his kicking motion that is putting kicks right as well. They're obviously not impressed by his kicking but point out all rookie kickers struggle. Obviously those other kickers made more than 50%...

2) What I found most interesting is that they feel the training wheels are still on the Bucs offence and it is hurting them. They believe that there are still simplified passing concepts and progressions (eg. mirrored routes). And the offence is relying on the receivers to get open on their own rather than scheming them open (which they compare to criticism Green Bay). There further concerned about Winston's interceptions because if the offence is still simplified you shouldn't see so many INTs.
