I have no animosity for Lovie. He's a good man...and I wish him well in all his future endeavors, and I hope he, like other past coaches, continues to call Tampa Bay his home. He just wasn't the right fit.Nothing is certain, but I am very sure that the Glazers are trying their hardest to secure the services of Dirk. It's paramount that they keep him coaching our young QB. With that said, there will be massive competition for his services, from larger markets, and anything can happen. I for one, certainly hope he is our guy for the next decade.I'm glad we are keeping our GM. He's a good man and I think Jason fully understands his role and what's expected of him.It's a great feeling knowing that the stadium will see upgrades as well in the coming season.....things seem to be working well. I'm excited for our future, but I'm a realist and call things as I see them...and because of that...I think we're a good two the three more years from being a dominant force....but if you're like me....the process is as much fun to watch as the winning is.We still need help with new young players in almost every category. It will take time.We can get there from here.now can we just get those horrible alarm clock player numbers fixed on the jerseys?
