Well, with sully I think it was better. Not to mention, schiano had controlled an offense before, even If it was in college. When rah was hired, he had never ran an offense, at all, ever.Freeman hung himself, but it looks like he had help with that. That's all I'm saying.Obviously all of them are gone, so all of them failed. Why can't we reduce it to what it truthfully is? ..a clusterfuck.

You deleted the rest of my post because it's right. The franchise is going to have its 4th coach in 7 seasons. Great environment for a young QB.
No, I deleted the rest of your post to highlight the extreme level of your delusions. You keep the board chuckling with your QB evaluations.
This board = intelligent discussion kryptonite

Unfortunately for your pathetic attempt at logic, Freeman only had 2 coaches in five years. Unless you count Minnesota, but the only real interaction he had with that coach was getting him fired. Oh, and he started sucking even before his second coach, so blaming the "multiple coaches" is particularly stupid.
Their failures go hand in hand. Coaching staff nor freeman did what was needed to be done. They all failed. It's tough to lay blame on any one person when they all got the axe.

JC would have a point , if Freeman went to Minny and turned into Tom Brady, or even just a half way decent NFL QB. . But we all know how that turned out.

I was pointing out the unstable state of the franchise he was thrown into.

He contributed to the lack of stability of the franchise. That's what happens when you throw your eggs in the basket of a "franchise qb" who is a head case and just not all that good

Morris and Schiano had defensive backgrounds and their average defensive rank was #25 for Morris and #23 for Schiano. Blowing last second leads frequently. Morris at one time with the #32 run defense and Schiano with the #32 pass defense. You throw out a cliche of "throwing eggs in the basket" but Schiano brought in his own QB and went 4-9 with him.
The cliche fits. Freeman was drafted as the franchise qb we were going to build around. He failed, the franchise has floundered. Not just because of the freeman pick, but definitely in part. As for Glennon, you are right the 3rd rookie pick was not able to undo all of freeman's suckage in 13 games. How about that freeman performance in Minny? Outfriggin' standing it was

Were bottom 5 defenses in 2009, 2011, 2012 part of the "building around"? The 7th round, undrafted slot WRs? The #2, #2, #4, #4, #5, #5 invested in Winslow, Benn and Stocker? The $162.7M offensive line that Freeman played 1 game with? Using a #2 on a guy half the league didn't have on their draft boards? The cliche doesn't fit when Schiano brought in his own QB and started him 13 games. (I'm not knocking Glennon).

Jesus Christ you're dumb. Defense was supposed to be their strong suit and we were at the bottom of the league. That's what I was referencing.
