By hiring a college coach from the worst conference in major college football, fires Schiano, fire Dominik, clean house and get it together Glazers, i'm sick of wasting my money!Dominik, nice guy, has put some good talent together but has to many times relied on his draft picks to pan out and neglected opportunities to bring in proven players to help the team win. He's had 5 years to build a winner and in his 5 years as GM he's produced one 10 win season and zero, yes ZERO playoff appearances!The Bucs are the Browns of the NFC, it seems the team and franchise will be stuck in rebuilding mode for years to come unless a good coaching staff and true franchise QB is discovered.
