How you can portray yourself on these boards as some great college football guru yet fail to recognize Winstons greatness is beyond me.
1. I don't portray myself as anything. I watch a lot of football and have strong opinions. The end.2. I just said he had a great year. How am I not "recognizing Winston's greatness" ? Just cause I'm not hanging off his sack like he's some sort of god, like you, does not mean that I am denying his great achievements in 2013. I just wanna see more than one year before I put him into the same category as two of the greatest QB prospects of all time. Sorry you can't grasp that.

I know he's been injured alot, but he has a career 5.1 average. AP is at 5.0

Seems so, lol.Early on i was against Clowney but as time passes, i'm starting to get on the bandwagon. I think we are an elite pass rusher from being a damn good defense and succeeding in life is about taking risk.
If our evaluation of any of these quarterback prospects is elite, there is no price to high to pay to move up. I'd gladly give up what Washington did for a top 5 NFL quarterback. Hell, 2 1sts and a 2nd is a pittance for a top 10 quarterback. I'm not sure there is a human on this planet I would rather have evaluating quarterback talent for my team then Jeff Tedford. I would be shocked if we're not going to lean heavily on him in this process. So I'm not going to get wrapped up in this guy or that one. If we move up, we obviously really like the quarterback and this regime will be putting their future on the line for him. Honestly, I'm pretty comfortable with what ever we do at quarterback because of who we have running the offense. I don't even really want to form a strong opinion on the prospects. I suck at it anyway, quarterbacks are a mystery to me, so no big loss.
