His return will change everything for our offense.  I think managing the team and the injuries we have had since training camp started has been pretty impressive. McMillan’s growth towards the end of the season really helped us.  Can’t wait for his return.

He's got another 2-4 weeks until he's in the game theres no rushing back from what he has imo

Agreed.  Could have him back for the playoffs.  Our offense will open up immensely with him and Evans.

Small sample size, but he seems to have a knack for finding pockets in the defense to fold into.  He’s a big time film guy.

for sure

an offense with Irving, Godwin McMillan and Evans added back . . . would be great

yeah on paper looks great but i am sure we will be making excuses for grizz that we "fell short" because they weren't in game shape or flowing all year etc.

Probably the biggest lie on the message board this year is that Grizz is no good at his job.  The fact that we were able to stack so many wins on the front end of our schedule with so many injuries, gives me hope for our team as our O starts to get healthy.

Bucs are averaging 23.3 points per game which is basically in the middle of league average.  And that is without Evans or McMillan and Godwin/Bucky just returned.  Top five average is 27-29 PPG so yeah Grizzard is very underrated right now.  Also the last three contests have brought the Bucs average down to 19.3 PPG but expect the Bucs to return to their norm 23-24 points.  Bucs average 25 PPG at home and they have three homes games left while on the road they are averaging 21 points per game and they have two road games left.  All signs point to the Bucs offense turning it up at the season closes ala 2023 season.

lol those are real things though, right?

Wouldn't you expect Godwin or Irving or Wirfs' to be a little better (game speed, for example), in game two over game 1? You would expect an O-line with starters largely intact to play better as a unit in game 9, so is it an excuse when they are adding back three o-line starters for game 9 who haven't plays for six games? No, its reality that they are all starters but havent played individually or as a unit.

The word "excuse" is used around here all the time for real things. No one is EXCUSING Grizz when they add REAL context. The people who dont like are those who state definitely who he is prematurely. Mayfield was once a reject we should never pay.  Rachaad White was the DEFINITIVE RB1 and Irving a wasted pick

If he's medically cleared by a doctor then it's just a matter of getting back into game shape.  He should be back in short order.

I agree I just dont think he'll be cleared to play in game for another 2-4 week as my best educated guess

they are...just projecting what will happen

we will likely look better and better every week given the soft schedule, and i fully expect an 11-6 record which in the grand scheme of things would be progress over last year despite injury riddled season but i see a team like the Seahawks, Rams, Packers, or Lions absolutely beating us in the first round in our house which would be disappointing and think it will be a game where despite offense flying high in the last quarter of the season, will come out flat and set the tone as they have done in most of our losses this year.

Now...if Bucs don't go 11-6, let's say 10-7, that would be a disappointment.  Would mean that we lost 2 games with one of the east 5 game stretches.

I get where you're coming from and certainly appreciate the detail in the projection.  Its a reasonable stance given where the Bucs are now.

Sources: #Bucs legendary WR Mike Evans is having his practice window opened off IR, and he’ll return to practice today. A quicker than expected return from a broken clavicle, Evans has been medically cleared. So Jalen McMillan and Evans practice today.
