This is why I generally avoid the board after a loss and the inevitable flood of trolls that blame everything on Winston. Football is a team sport and it was never more apparent to me than it was last night watching the Patriots (now 6-0) blow out the Giants. Tom Brady will go down as the GOAT but you don't need a Tom Brady-caliber QB when you're the Patriots.
We don't need to be the Patriots. We need a dependable O-line and a defense that isn't the worst in the league is pass defense. Bucs fans want to constantly argue about Winston and whether he's worth re-singing but as long as we have major deficiencies at other areas it doesn't matter who we have behind center.
