If we go the "let's overpay an iffy vet" route , I'd rather it be Rivers.

if "The Principale" is here next season, it's playoff with Glennon or get back to college football... he's married to Glennon!not sure Jay Cutler was that much better this year than Mike Glennon!?one thing for sure, we shouldn't draft a QB with a HC & GM that are on the hot seat... (just saying)would like Shaun Hill, he is 33/34 years old but he's the best backup QB in the league & could be an average starter for cheap if things turn "worst" for Schiano/Glennon... then we can start a new GM/HC/QB combo in 2015!damn, next season looks like a lot of fun... i have a new title for this discussion: How Does Depression Start?

Cutler was okay this season but was injured (surprise suprise) for 4 or 5 weeks. His backup played just as well. Cutler has Marshall, Jeffery, and Bennett to throw to. The o line is also much better in Chicago this season. Jamarcus Webb, their LT in 2012 might be the worst LT I've ever seen. Thank god they got rid of him
